My MS Word related challenges are the following:

*    Update almost 200 files from MS Word 95 to MS Word
97 / 2000,
quickly.  This assumes that Word 95 documents do not
conflict the more advance
features of Word 2000 (on Windows 98)?  I also will
perform needed tasks
using Word 2002 with a Windows XP Professional OS.  Does
this present additional
issues?
*    Update properties summary fields (perhaps using
data from the
document header to fill in the "title" and "subject"
fields).
*    Apply a style template that converts a document
with no special
formatting into the desired style format

By the way, will "track changes" feature adversely impact
any of these objectives?
