Numbering in Word 2000

I have a similar problem. At the end of the 68 page doc, I
don't want page numbers after that (in the Appendix). I
thought about just doing a section break and beginning the
numbers with i or something, but can't get the "continue
from previous" off to start again.  Help, me too!

You can restart the numbering in any section without unlinking
headers/footers. To change the number format, however, you must unlink them
by pressing the Same as Previous button to turn it off.
