microsoft word help

I had to restart my computer a while ago and i had to
delete every thing i had. I got everything back, except
my microsoft word. Now i don't know what to do because I
can't seem to get the 25-word character key and i lost the
cd jewl case. so how can i get it?
please help me.

If it is a retail version, contact Microsoft at (800) 360-7561, or, if
outside the U.S., see this site: http://microsoft.com/worldwide

If the software came preinstalled on your PC (OEM version), then you'll need
to contact the manufacturer for a replacement key.
