Word 2002 provides another way of creating run-in sideheads, using a Style
Separator. Instead of using the hidden paragraph mark. Just type the entire
paragraph as a single paragraph, then select the part you want to be a
heading and apply the heading style. It will be applied as a quasi-character
style, but it will be picked up by the TOC.
