I have read the help.  I have been to Borders and read books.  I have asked
before.  BUT still I can not get this to work!!!!

I want two sections in my document:

o  The first section is the introduction, acknowledgements etc. and this
needs to have the page numbers in Roman format.

o The second section is the actual book with Chapter 1, Chapter 2 etc.

NO MATTER WHAT I DO THE FORMAT IN BOTH SECTIONS IS THE SAME.

If I change it in one section it changes in both.  The page numbers restart
from 1 (as I want) with page 1 of chapter 1, BUT I can not get the page
number formats to be different in different sections!

What the HECK do I have to do?????  I have spent weeks on this.

If I can send a simple, small file to you and you can set this up for me
then maybe this will be what I need.

PS I am using Microsoft Word 2002.
