I've never seen this before - has anyone else?  I have a
document of 6 pages.  Although the correct number of pages
1/6 is displayed in the bottom toolbar - when you click on
the first page, 'page 3' is displayed at the bottom left
on the toolbar.  If you go to print out just page 1 - it
prints out the wrong page.  In print preview, the pages
are in the right order but when you click on each page the
wrong page number is reported.  Can anyone help?

Sounds like page numbering has been set to Start at 3 (View | Header and
Footer: Format Page Number).
