Hello, there,
When I insert a cross-reference to a figure caption which
is bold, the cross-reference is bold. But I don't want the
bold in the cross-reference. How can I do it? Thanks a lot.

Press Alt+F9 and toggle on the field codes and add a \* CHARFORMAT switch to
the cross reference field and apply the formatting that you want to the R of
REF.
