I have big text with several chapters. I need to set numbers to page
inside the chapters as well as to the whole document. Example:
Chapter 2, Page 2 from 5
Total:   Page 10 from 40

Any ideas please??

Select each Section Break and insert a bookmark - Section1, Section2, etc

Then for the chapter page numbers, use the following field construction

{ = { PAGE } - { PAGEREF Section1 } } of { SECTIONPAGES }

The above example will be for Chapter 2

For Chapter 1, you would simply use

{ PAGE } of { SECTIONPAGES }

You must use Ctrl+F9 for each set of field delimiters { } and use Alt+F9 to
toggle them off.
