How do I print a chart that takes up more than one page width and more than
one page length so that I can cut and paste the entire thing onto a sheet of
bristol board?

You can't do it from Word. Publisher allows you to tile multi-page objects
onto more than one sheet, and Excel allow permits printing charts and
worksheets larger than one page.
