Hello, when hyperlinking within the same document, the "back" and "forward"
arrows don't appear as they do when i hyperlink out of, let's say document A
to document B, in which case they do appear. But if i'm only hyperlinking
within document A they don't consistently display. I did read a previous post
about setting the "web" format and that worked for a short period of time,
but it dispappeared again! This feature is the main reason i'm using word for
a software document cross reference system, so i'm praying this can be
resolved with a simple setting and it's not a bug in 2003? Thanks very much
for any help  on this!

Why not add a floating custom toolbar to the document and put the forward /
back commands on that toolbar?
