how to alphabetize a word document?

Please help. I have a list of email addresses and would like to alphabetize
them.

Select the list, and click on Table | Sort.

Open your document, click Table and then Sort.  At the sort dialog boc,
click the Options button.

The Separate fields at section of the dialog box contains three options. You
can then follow which 3 options you want.
