MS WORD 2003 - Letter overlapping to left

When print is clicked, all the letter in the line scrunch to the left
and make a big mess. Anyone know how to fix this?

I have had this happen also. Try changing the font size and/or changing the
justification. Seems like there was something else I did but it escapes me
right now. Hope this helps.

Thaks for your response. The issue is in our production environment,
changing the font size is not do-able due ot the volume.
