I'm putting together a very large document that will be printed and bound
together.  I'd like to put index tabs on the sides of the pages to easily
distinguish the various sections of the document when flipping through it
(i.e., I want to put something on the sides of the pages that would normally
go in a header or footer and repeat on each page).  Is there a way to do this?
