vertical pitch again

I always try it on plain paper first; difference is that on plain paper first
line of printing starts at 2.1cm below top-of-page; on label paper starts at
1.5cm below top-of-page (1.5cm is the Top Margin value in the set-up).
However on plain paper and label paper, the actual vertical pitch is still
3.6cm (when set value is 3.8cm).

Sounds like the paper feed mechanism of the printer is shot.
