I want to print from Word  the same picture on both sides of the paper and
have them line up identical  so i can cut it out and have it in a piece of
glass and it be the same both sides.
i cant seam to  arrange it to lines up, any easy way ?

Unless you reverse the picture on the reverse side, I don't see how the two
will line up despite your best efforts, but this is going to be a
trial-and-error process at best, and your success will depend on the ability
of your printer to feed paper accurately.
