What is the format to print greeting cards?

I am trying to print my own greeting cards, and would like to know the
settings for a 3 & 1/2 by 5 1/2 or a 4x6, thank you for your help on this.

Set the paper size to 3.5 x 5.5 or 4 x 6, if your printer will handle those
sizes.
