How do I switch on the page margin extents?

I use Word 2003 and used to be able to see a dotted boundary around the page
where the text can extend to but I have fogotten how to show this.

Tools | Options, View tab: Check the "Text boundaries" option.

Sorry I should also have posted the fix when I found it.
