MS Office Forum / Word / Page Layout / May 2007Footer autotext options vanished
Hi not sure what I've done, but all my autotext options have vanished from the footer options eg: file name / path etc how do I get them all back? thanks The usual reason for this is that you have saved a document as Normal.dot. I am still not sure how I get the autotext options back? Only Word can do that. You need to rename your self-created Normal.dot and let Word build another one.
