margins

Hi

I am trying to print a page with 0.5 cm margins and it looks nice in print
preview. When printed the page has bigger margins on one side. What should I
do to be able to print 0.5 margins on all four sides.

Maybe the problem is one with alignment of your printer.  Use a ruler to
determine by how much the bigger margin needs to be reduced and reduce it by
that amount.

Julia,
Not all printers can print right up to the border of the page, they have an
unprintable area. See this article:
