Is it possible to reset pagelayout on alle word docs. in one go? I have som
users that changed pagelayout for each individual doc., in such a way that
sektions print from dif. trays, now they have new printeres and have to make
new changes again.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated,
Alain

Through automation: you can have Word open each file in a given folder
and "do something" with/to it. One kind of such a macro can be found at:

How to Find & ReplaceAll on a batch of documents in the same folder (by

http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/MacrosVBA/BatchFR.htm

For the "inner part" of your macro, one would have to be familiar with
the story ranges of Word and their VBA representation. Can be kind of
tricky if you have all sorts of documents and need to make sure that the
trays are reset in all sections.

I'm not sure it's worth the effort, though. Wouldn't you have to assign
the correct trays anyway, for the new printers?
