I could really use some help here.

I have recently taken a new job in the Architecture field, and I am
trying to create a word template to utilize for Construction
Administration (site visits).  I have created the form, added in all
the necessary and pertinent information and text fields for entering
data while in the field for each job I visit daily.  I have saved this
form as a template, and all seems well.

I need to be able to add photos from my site visits on the template
also.  I have designated several areas on the page in order to insert
photos.  Once the template is created, these areas are "locked", and Im
not sure how to set this up to allow me to drop photos into designated
areas.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Jcarlisesiu,
If you insert seperate sections for the photos (Insert - break - section
continuous/next page), then you can unprotect these sections which will
allow you to insert photo's.
Go to the document protection task pane, seconde section, click on the
listarrow next to only allow editing... choose forms. There will be a link
just beneath it, click on it and you will be able to protect/unprotect the
sections. You will have to give a password to the document though to make it
all work.
