MS Office Forum / Word / Page Layout / May 2007Reduce 5 1/2 x 8 postcard
I need a maintain the formatting and reduce a postcard with the dimensions above to 3 x 4 to send to a printer. Is there any way to do this? If you have the ability to create a PDF, you could try printing to the Adobe printer with the appropriate Print Zoom setting.  SignatureSuzanne S.
