you might want to ask this in one of the vba newsgroups. Be sure to
mention what exactly you mean:

page margins
paragraph margins
(table) cell margins
etc.

as I said, there are lots of vba forums (or newsgroups, if you know how
to handle a newsreader). The regulars there usually know the Word Object
 Model best.

What you can do is record a macro while setting the page margins (that's
under File | Page Setup). The resulting VBA code will show you the
relevant objects and methods/properties.
