When typing multiple page document I am having problems with page breaks.
The page breaks as they appear on my print preview and typed page are not
what gets printed .  I am always off by a 1 to 3 lines.  I am typing medical
dictation and I have to know that where I see my page break while typing is
what I am going to get when printed.  I check my page preview and it looks
good but the printed pages all come out by those 1-3 lines.  I have been
typing for years and this has only just started to be a problem.  Please help!

This sounds like a printer driver issue. I would check the printer
manufacturer's website to see if there is an updated driver for the printer
you're using.
