I need to delete or combine blank pages while working in address labels.

Convert the existing labels to a mail merge source
(http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels_into_mail_merge.htm) and then merge to
a label-formatted main document
(http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_labels_with_word_xp.htm). Then there won't
be any "blanks" to delete.

I have never used the mail merge, so I'm not quite sure how to do that.  I
just need to combine or delete pages so that the blank pages do not run
through the printer.
