Nixing the Page Layout entirely?

Hey, is there any way to suppress the page feature on Word 2007? So instead
of appearing as seperate 8.5x11 (or whatever) pages, your text appears as a
single continuous block, rather like it does in Wordpad?

Change to Draft view?

Or hide the White Space by double-clicking between pages?
