how can i get the toc like this?

hi,
i set the page like {section}-{page},result is like "1-1","1-2","1-3" in the
page bottom. how can i get the Pageref of the Table of Contents to be like
below

Table of Contents

Part1
1.*****---------------------------1-1
2.*****---------------------------1-3
Part2
1.*****---------------------------2-1
¡­¡­¡­¡­¡­¡­
can anybody here give me a guide?

The only way to achieve this is to (a) use one of Word's built-in heading
styles, with auto numbering, for the part numbers (Part 1, Part 2, etc.),
and (b) check the box for "Include chapter number" in the Format Page Number
dialog, selecting the heading style used for the part numbers. See
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Numbering/ChapterNumber.htm for more. If you
create the compound page numbers this way, they will be picked up by the
TOC.
