Hope you haven't received too many spams to your email address.
Under Print Preview there is an option to Shrink to Fit, but it is
restricted in its operation, ie. it will not "shrink" Page breaks.
For a better option, reformat your content by using Font size, Space Before
and After, Line Spacing, etc to achieve the effect you are after.
This is for 2003 and prior, maybe different instruction in 2007 (you don't
mention the version you are using).
