Hi everyone,

When viewing a document in the Print Layout view we have the text looking
how we want it to look when printed.  however, when we look at the Print
Preview screen or print the document out, the top line of the next page
appears on the bottom line of the previous page.  To correct this we then
have to add an additional line to the previous page, making the document
appear wrong with the last line of the previous page now on the first line of
the next page.  Is there any way to make the Print Layout view WYSIWYG?  Any
help will be appreciated.  Thanks!

Hi A.,

What version of Word, what printer driver, what margins are on the page in Page Setup? Are you using 'regular' justification, or
'full justification' on text?

Hi Bob,

I thought about the version right after I posted my question, but for some
reason I was unable to reply to either my initial post or your response for
about an hour and twenty minutes.  Finally the reply box decided to show its
face.  =)

Anyways, I am using Word 2003, the print driver is an HP LaserJet 9000 PCL
5e, margins in page setup are (.5" top, .25" bottom, 1" left and right) which
I believe is what we normally use in most cases, and we use the "Justify"
option for justification settings.

Thanks,

Adam
