In office 2003 in the page setup window you can split the page into two
sheets.  How do you do this in office 2007?

On the Page Layout ribbon, click the dialog launcher in the Page Setup group
(the little button in the right end of the group's title bar). You'll get
the same dialog as in 2003, with the same dropdown to choose 2 pages per
sheet.
