I have been printing addresses on DL envelopes without problems until recently.
What happens now is that I create the address in a document, select this and
go to Tools/envelopes and select OK. The envelope appears in page layout
view, with the address. If I then print -- the address is missing, if I do
print preview the page shown does not have the address.
I have checked all the setting and cannot solve this problem. It's not the
printer as I can print A4 pages containing the address without any problem.
in Word | Preferences | Print, make sure the box for "drawing objects"
is CHECKED.
By the way--you should post in the Mac-specific groups--it's sheer
chance I saw this, and the answer is not the same in WinWord as MacWord.
You can access MacOffice forums here:

It's a good thing you mentioned Mac in the subject line!
