Is there any way to rotate text or text box 180 degrees? So the document or
part of the document reads and prints upside down?

Technically, no. You can fake it by creating a two-cell table in a landscape
page, turning the text in one cell 90 degrees clockwise and the other 90 degrees
counterclockwise.

If the text does not have to remain editable, see
