Word will only work with page sizes allowed by the printer driver and
frequently will use the nearest standard page size. However if you are
printing single labels, Word hasn't a clue how large the paper actually is
so you can create a single label format of the required size on an A4/US
Letter paper size and provided you position it carefully with relation to
how an A4/US Letter page would pass through your printer, it will work.
