Is there a way to create and print on a custom size label in MS Word 2003?
I cannot get the wizard to create a custom size label without giving me some
kind of margin/layout error.
I have single pre-printed labels that are about 4.5 x 5.5 inches. If I try
to print the labels Word tries  to build a multi-label page 8.5 x 11 inches.
I can create a new document that is 4.5 x 5.5 and copy and paste the address
and then print the labels. This is alot of extra work for several dozen
labels.

Word will only work with page sizes allowed by the printer driver and
frequently will use the nearest standard page size. However if you are
printing single labels, Word hasn't a clue how large the paper actually is
so you can create a single label format of the required size on an A4/US
Letter paper size and provided you position it carefully with relation to
how an A4/US Letter page would pass through your printer, it will work.
