I don't know anything about rtf control commands, but via the Ribbon, you
would select the Insert tab and then click on the Breaks Item and the select
a Section Break Next Page. Or, if you don't really need to split the
document into (Word) Sections, then you can use Ctrl+Enter, or format the
first paragraph so that it has a page break before it.

actually, we insert a print field at the begining of the page where we want
to start print on the front side of the duplex printing. that is :
{PRINT \027 &a1G} for laserjet pcl5 printer. it is working in word 97 but
it is working in word 2007, it print the footer first on the next page then
print the context on the next page with footer. how to fix it ?

You probably need to get an updated printer driver - Many of the earlier
ones from HP did not work properly with 2007.

Or use an Odd Page section break instead.
