So i was wondering is there a way to include a header and footer in a
document but have the header start on the page 2, but the footer start on
page 1?

Enable the "Different first page" option in Page Setup. Leave the first
header blank, and insert the footer contents twice (in the first page footer
as well as in the main footer).

For more on headers and footers in Word, see
