I am trying to fit a Superbowl block pool onto a 3x5 card and am having
a problem getting it to fit.  I have cut and pasted an excel file to
use as the blocks and am unable to shrink anything to make it fit.
Please help!

If you just cut&pasted (no Paste Special, no paste link) then what you
have is a Word table. You should be able to change the cell heights and
widths via the Table menus. And the font sizes by selecting the table and
changing the font size.

If this isn't what you're looking for, we need to know:
1. Version of Word
2. What command you're using to paste the table
3. What, more exactly, you want to change
