When I copy a text from the internet and paste it in Word, the layout somewhat stays the same. Thanks to those annoying Carriage Returns (or Line feeds) at the end of every sentence I would like to take advantage of the width of my printed pages and remove all those line feeds in order for the text to go from 40 characters in witdh to about 160 Is there a way to quickly remove them other than go at the end of every line and pressing the delete button to get the next line to fit into the first Thanks in advance. The conventional wisdom is to us the method suggested in the link pisted by Suzanne and Shauna. There is an alternative that you might find easier, in the shape of the Stripmail tool available for download (free) via a link on the downloads page of my web site.
