I want to put a document which includes my letterhead (ie
header and footer) on my website. I can't get the header
or footer info to appear only the body of the letter. Is
there a way to get the header and footer to appear on line?

Word documents are a bit dubious for web pages at the best of times, a)
because they work only if the user has Word (way less than a quarter of all
web users), and b) security-conscious people won't download a Word document.
Some corporate networks block them completely.
PDFs are better.

Web pages do not include headers or footers. You would have to copy this
information into the body of the document.
