Once a document is set-up to use the Two Page Numbering Scheme(One No. in the Header & One No. in the Footer), how can we print page ranges or specific pages?  Currently, we can only print the entire document or print current page.  Please advise if you have a solution to this problem.
Thanks

Depending on how you achieved your two numbering schemes, one of them
is (probably) the "real" page number as shown in the status bar.
That's the number scheme you need to use in the Print dialog. Ignore
the other one.

If your document has multiple sections, you need to use the
"p1s1-p4s3" sort of syntax. See
http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/Formatting/PrintMultipleSections.htm.
