Blank Pages after section break

I have a 100 page document split into chapters using section breaks.  In print preview everything looks normal.  when i print however a blank page inserts at the start of the chapter and sometimes at the end of the chapter.  how do i remove these

Hi Sam,

Are you using Next Page Section Breaks in conjunction with having the format
of the first paragraph of a chapter set to Page Break Before?
