- add a second row to your table. Note:  I seem to remember that wiser
people than I have advised against using tables in headers and footers
for some reason (that I can't recall at the moment, although it might
have something to do with using STYLEREF fields!) But, to date, I've
haven't encountered a problem.  

Alternatively, you could reset the tabs in the header to position your
graphic (and text if you have any!)
