No matter what version of Word you're using, it's limited to what your
printer driver will allow it to print. Almost all printers reserve an
area (although usually only 3 or 4 mm) around the edges of the paper.
Some 'photo' printers are able to print all the way to the edges, but
most of them require a special setting the printer's Properties dialog
to make that happen.
