please help me go solve this problem

i am having some word documents which span to 100 pages
with images and tables with header&footer. while trying
to format the pages, on each scroling the repaginating
option is working and its taking hell lot of time for me
to align & format the file.

can anybody help me to disable this option in page view
to fast up the scroling
