Multi-page document has Track Changes turned on and the
balloons turned off. However, when the document is
printed, the text is shrunk as if the balloons were
printing (but they are not printed). AND if just one page
is printed, the page prints fine (it is not an option to
print the documents one page at a time). FYI, the printer
drivers were recently updated (to solve another printing
issue) and this problem is still occuring. Any help would
be most appreciated. Thx ~~ Jennifer

Hi Jennifer

Try one or more of the following:

1. Turn off Track Changes before you print. (This won't change any of
the tracked changes in the document. It will just stop tracking for the
moment.)

2. Check the view on the Reviewing toolbar: try different choices from
Original, Original with Markup, Final, Final with Markup.

3. File > Print Preview. Print from there.

And, make sure your version of Word has the latest patches. Go to
http://office.microsoft.com/officeupdate and Check for Updates. It will
work out what updates you need.

Hope this helps.
