Word cutting off text when printing

I've been seeing a problem amongst various users in which Word will
cut off about 1/3 of a printed document. The text doesn't appear on
the second page and all margins are set correctly/normally. It
appears to happen randomly. I've found that by doing a CTRL-A and
printing selection corrects the problem.

I have a hunch that this may be a printer driver problem as all of
these users are printing to HP printers, but I haven't been able to
find anything specific.

If anyone has any suggestions or advice I would really appreciate it.

If this is Word 2002/2003, then there's a known issue with the HP drivers
for certain LaserJets (which for some reason intermittently insists on a
2.67" bottom margin). Many users have reported that the "margin fix" drivers
at http://www.hp.com/pond/ljbeta/index.html solve the problem.
