Is there a way to create links within a word document that you can click on to take you to a specific place within the same document? For examply, say you have 20 topics in a document spread over 10 pages. You create a text list with the topic headers on page 1. Is there a way to link the text on page 1 to its corresponding header so that all you have to do is click on it and it jumps to that spot in the document? I've used Bookmark function, but it is only accessible through a pull-down menu

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

What you are describing sounds like a Table of Contents, which is
hyperlinked to headings by default. In Word 2000 and above, the entire TOC
entry is hyperlinked (unless you choose otherwise); in earlier versions,
just the page number is. See
