Greetings
A few months ago I read an excellent article on the web that discussed how
to put together formatting for technical documentation (user guides).
It talked about fonts to use for headings vs. body text, font sizes, what is
inviting/readable, etc.
I can't find it now and wonder if anyone knows what I'm talking about and
can direct me to it. I thought I got to it through a link from this
forum -- and that it was written by someone on here, maybe a Word MVP -- I
recall the author was female.
It was similar to the article found at this link:
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/TypographyTips.htm (which is also
excellent) Except that it was not directed at MS Publisher.
If anyone is familiar with this article, and knows where it is, I'd love a
link!
Thanks!

That was it! I was almost there and gave up too soon.
Thanks Suzanne.
