Is it possible to have a field from within a word doc become part of my footer using a macro? I have a word doc with protected tab-through fields. I want one of the fields to copy itself into a footer everytime the word doc is used. Feel free to e-mail me if this is unclear. Thanks!!! You might try applying a custom character style to the particular form field and using a StyleRef field in the footer to pick it up. -- Suzanne S.
