We are having an issue where the bottom 2" are cut off
the page. This is not a printer problem because when I
go into Print Preview, it shows cut off there as well.
It seems like an error with Office XP. Please give me
some suggestions, thank you.

There is a known conflict between Word 2002/2003 and the HP drivers for
certain LaserJets that causes this 2.67" margin problem. Using the Windows
driver is a partial solution, but some advanced printing features may not be
available. Sometimes another driver can be found that will work better. Many
users have reported that the "margin fix" drivers at
http://www.hp.com/pond/ljbeta/index.html solve the problem.

Print Preview is just showing you what will print, according to the current
printer driver, so it *is* a printer problem. Try updating the driver.
