How can I make Page 2 of my document be page 1?

Select all the text on page 2, and cut it (Ctrl+X). Click before the first
character on page 1, and paste (Ctrl+V).

I know how to do that.  I guess I forgot to add that the document is made of a bunch of text boxes so I can't cut and paste without doing one box at a time.
